As a full service General Contractor, we are looking to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients and to construct each project as if it was one of our own.

OUR TEAM
President - Jerome J. Ciaravino
PAR Builders was founded 3 decades ago by its current President, Jerome J. Ciaravino. Jerry is a Class "A" licensed General Contractor, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker, with over 42 years of experience in the construction industry and developing. His multiple credentials have been the driving force behind PAR Builders and their continued growth and success. Prior to PAR Builders, Jerry served as the Southern Regional Director of Construction for the Lennar Corporation. Since that time, Jerry has built life-long relationships and continues to do so through his hard work and dedication.
Vice President - Rob Ciaravino
In 1996, Rob Ciaravino joined PAR Builders as Vice President of Operations. Rob graduated from the University of South Florida in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After several years with PAR Builders, Rob received his Building Contractor's license in 1999. Rob has designed and built over 120 projects of varying design and type. His ability to work closely with clients, subcontractors and architects has made many of our projects continue to progress in a positive direction.
Administrative Assistant - Yvonne Hosking
Yvonne Hosking joined PAR Builders in 1992 and has played a very important role in the coordination of every project since her arrival. While assisting in the coordination of each construction project, Yvonne handles all of financial needs of PAR Builders to ensure that each project comes in under budget. Her knowledge of the construction industry enables her to be an important part of the progress and growth of PAR Builders.
Office & Planning Supervisor - Michelle Paul
Michelle Paul came to Par Builders in 1997 and has been serving as the Office Supervisor as well as Planning Coordinator. Under her supervision, clients, subcontractors and architects are kept informed of each project and how they are progressing through the construction process. Her communication is consistant throughout every project completed by PAR Builders.
