In 1984, Jerome "Jerry" Ciaravino founded PAR Builders in Clearwater, Florida with a simple commitment: integrity, quality, and service. Over the following decades, Jerry and his son Robert built PAR into one of the Tampa Bay area's most respected commercial and self-storage construction companies — completing over 100 storage projects and earning consistent recognition in the Tampa Bay Business Journal and Business Observer.
PAR Builders has built for some of the most recognized names in the industry: Extra Space Storage, CubeSmart, Life Storage, StoreRight, Tropicana Self Storage, Sherwin-Williams, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Starbucks Coffee, and many others.
